How do we work?All of our products are distributed and certified by Habanos S.A. so we guarantee that our cigars are 100 % authentic. We always recommend that new buyers speak to a few of the members on some of the well known cigars forums. Ask them about our operation, reputation and the authenticity of the cigars we sell. We suggest that you make your purchase only once you are totally assured that you have nothing to worry about. We ship all our cigars in their original boxes with bands on, unless otherwise requested.
As a general rule, we do not open all of our boxes before shipping. Most of our clients insit that we must do this. However, if you would prefer your cigars to be checked which gives us the opportunity to put some extra padding in the box to protect the cigars where we see necessary, then click the box " i would like my cigars to be checked" at the basket.
How do we store the cigars?All of our products are stored inside our walking humidor resting on the wooden cedar shelves. We have a very important humidity and temperature system to maintain all of the cigars the best possible. Our temperature is normally at 17 degrees and around 70% humidity. Once a day, a member of our staff check the walking humidor to make sure eveything is good. Our hard work , is your smoking leisure.
Once you make an order, your boxes get packed in bubble wrap with a 69% boveda bag to maintain the cigars in a perfect condition until they reach destination.
